DIVISIONS

· Novice: Dragons/Champions/TMA Year 1 (Less than 1 year of training)

· Intermediate: Champions/TMA Year 2 & 3 (1 and 3 years of training)

· Advanced: Junior & Youth Black Belts (More than 3 years of training)

AGE GROUPS

· 6 to 8 years | 9 to 11 years | 12 to 14 years | 15 to 18 years

*No Regular Classes After 11:00 AM Except Kung Fu Cubs 11:15-12

Part 1 | Height, Balance, Endurance & Speed | 12:00 - 2:30

• Medal Qualifying Rounds

• Medal Round & Medal Ceremonies

Part 2 | Board Break | 2:30 – 3:15

• Qualifying Rounds for Board Break

• Medal Qualifying Rounds

• Medal Round & Medal Ceremony

Part 3 | Warrior Challenge Course | 3:30 - 4:30

• Trial run through the Warrior Challenge Course

• Qualifying Rounds

• Medal Qualifying Rounds

• Medal Round & Medal Ceremony
